There are notes written along the margins. In the top left margin: "H.A. Turner..., for Farmers and...; Natl. Bank. Jan. 1906; Lot 13, Blk. 4; 20 ft. wide, 107 ft. long. Bull McDonald." In the bottom left margin: "Alley 16 ft.; Street 60; LOt - 40 - 142 1/2 ft." In the top right margin: "Book 1; Page 115; Lot 14 - B.4; 34 ft. wide - ft., Lots 142 long; 40 wide." There is something written in the bottom right margin, but it is pretty faded and hard to make out.
