Abstract

In the letter, Mr. Kranert states:

"Mr. Philip Mason has just called me and asked that the location of the Library and Science and Engineering Building be located by means of a stake as near the center of the building as possible. In order that during Mr. Mason's tour of the campus on August 6, 1966, he may show the committee the location of the proposed new buildings."

Abstract

In the memo, it states that Lloyd Kranert is to work with General Patillo at G.W.
