Scrapbook page taken out of the original book. On the front of the page is a large photo of the Amore e Psiche, known in English as Cupid and Psyche, two figures from Roman myth, taken from the Greek myth of Eros and Psyche. The statue features the winged cupid holding the chest of Psyche, who lies on a set of rocks, her hands grabbing his head, looking into the other's eyes. Psyche's lower half is covered by a cloth. At the bottom is the caption "9059. LAGO DI COMO (Tremezzo; Villa Carlotta), Amore E Psiche; Gruppo in marmo di Canova", with the words June 11. Cadenabbia, 1889". On the back of the page are two smaller photos. The top shows the commune of Chiavenna in Italy, the words "Italy" and "Chiavenna, June 24" written above and below the photo. The photo itself shows the rooftops of the commune, with a vast mountain range in the background. The bottom photo is of Maloja, Switzerland, again thanks to the captions "Switzerland" and "Maloya June 25", Maloya being spelt with a Y likely due to the language barrier. The photo shows a wide shot of 3 large buildings and a few smaller houses, along with a vast mountain range in the background.
