Abstract

"President Frank Rose is coming to Huntsville, Thursday night, August 13, 1959, at the Russel Erskine Hotel to address Alabama alumni and friends at 7:30 Daylight Saving Time to explain and advocate the Greater University Development Program. Its goal is $5,000,000.

Also from the University will be head football coach, Paul (Bear) Bryant who will speak also in behalf of the program. Also, with us will be Major General John B. Medaris, Commanding General of the Army Ordnance Missile Command of Redstone Arsenal."
