Saul C.H. Moore claimed to be the legal owner of William Fleming's estate, but it ended up being disclaimed and the estate was endorsed by F.L. Hammond and A.J. Woods over to Bradley Wilson who paid "one thousand and three 82/100 dollars" for it.
In Theodore D. Stark's document, he mentions that Charles H. Patton Esq., is the original holder of the Bill of Exchange. Thomas H. Henderson was one of two witnesses for the Notary Public.
W.J. Elgin was the witness for Hammond and Woods in the endorsement involving Wilson receiving the Bill of Exchange.
