Abstract

There is a note on the front of the envelope, listing the case: "N.D. Arkins vs J.L. Condon Estate; Depoisition of Mr. N.D. Arkins." On the back there is a note from J.E. Routt, Commissioner, that states, "I hereby certify that I mailed...the within deposition, and put into the post office at Fayetteville Tenn. without being out of my possession, or altered, after taken. JUne 24th 1907."
