The message on the back of the card is written in German: "Zu des Meores fernen Rauschen, Wirst du wohl in balde laushcen, Diesen unvergleichlich schonen, Herrlichen Vivaldi Tonen."

Translation: To the sound of the sea far away, you will soon be listening to these incomparably beautiful, glorious Vivaldi tones.
