General

Regarding the properties belonging to the Lichtenstadter family and their value, also their stock portfolio. Correspondences are with Anna Lichtenstadter family and daughter Louise, and then with Louise after Anna's death. Lawrence managed their property and stocks until 1968. All the properties had either been sold or taken through eminent domain during urban renewal as of 1968. LBG reinvested the property proceeds for Louise in stocks.

The Lichtenstadter properties on West Holmes Street were part of the historically black business district. Contains many photographs of the properties.
