General

Bettie Herstein Schiffman was born in March 1861 and died June 3, 1932. Husband Isaac Schiffman founded I. Schiffman & Co. When he died he left his partnership in I. Schiffman & Co. to his wife, Bettie. The partnership was held by her at the time of her death. She moved to New York around 1912 to live with her daughter Irma. She died there and was buried in Huntsville.
