The acquisition of land by Isaac Schiffman for his buggy business. After the buggy business closed, the company's automobile business occupied the site. Today (2019) it is the location of Constitution Hall Village. The description and a picture of The American Beauty buggy being advertised by S. Schiffman & Co. Another reference is to land acquisition for the buggy business.
