General
White-Turner House owned by Rosa Herstein from 1860 until 1909 when she passed away. The purpose of the manuscript was to place the house on the National Register. Note that both the Bersteins and the Hersteins lived in teh houses that were placed on the National Register of Historic Places after their deaths.
